Your challenges
You are under pressure to provide better services to the general public that are not only available online but are convenient, add value to the end user and, above all, are secure. There is also a requirement to interact with and share services with other public sector organisations in order to provide better services to the public such as the e-care initiative.
Your role is to do all this while making your IT Department as efficient as possible by looking for ways to cut costs and increase output.
