Dell SecureWorks' Managed, Monitored and On-Demand Security Services are delivered from our five resilient Security Operations Centers (SOC). These centers  integrate seamlessly to provide continuous operations, with all locations staffed and fully functional around the clock, every day of the year. State of the art video conferencing and voice communication technologies, as well as instant communication tools, enable tight collaboration between our certified team of Security Analysts at our SOCs.

All critical information systems are replicated in real-time, ensuring uninterrupted 24x7x365 service delivery uptime under all circumstances. Located in Atlanta, Ga., Chicago, Ill., Myrtle Beach, S.C., Providence, R.I. and Edinburgh, U.K., each of the Dell SecureWorks SOCs are completely self-sufficient and operate from carrier-grade facilities that have redundant ISP connections, backup power generators and redundant systems to maintain service delivery for all clients.

Security Analyst Team

Our Security Operations Centers are staffed by the most experienced, well-trained and well-equipped team of Security Analysts in the industry. We require all of our Security Analysts to hold the SANS GIAC GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst) certification. This team also holds a variety of security industry and product certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCSP, CCSE, CCSA, MCSE, etc. All of our Security Analysts also have multiple years of real-world network security experience which they leverage to fully investigate and analyze security activity.

As part of our Managed, Monitored, and Self-ServiceSecurity Services, our clients receive unlimited remediation support and consultation from this group of security experts. When an incident is identified, this team will take the necessary steps to mitigate the threat before damage is done, including making configuration changes on managed devices or simply working hand-in-hand with your team until the issue is resolved. Additionally, your organization can leverage this team's unique insight gained from helping more than 2,900 clients to discuss any security issue you may be facing.

Within our SOCs, our Security Analysts work closely together in a true team environment, enabling faster and more accurate detection and response to security incidents. We do not utilize tiered support levels within our SOCs, where inexperienced junior technicians serve as the first line of identification and response. Instead, all of our Security Analysts are true security experts, ensuring that our clients receive the highest caliber of service every time they interact with an Security Analyst.

Dell SecureWorks' Counter Threat Unit™ research team is a group of experts dedicated to identifying security threats and developing preventative countermeasures. Using the information collected from monitoring billions of security events across more than 2,900 clients, the security research group analyzes anomalous activity to discover new attack techniques and threats as they emerge – developing countermeasures that protect our clients before damage is done.

Because of their visibility across the information security landscape, as well as their established history of quality research, our experts are well-recognized in the industry as a reliable source of knowledgeable security research. Our researchers are deeply involved in many elite threat research circles and their published research is frequently referenced in security publications, as well as many major news outlets including the Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, USA Today and The New York Times.
