dns Receives ISO 9001 Certification

dns has been awarded ISO 9001 certification for both its professional services and managed security services suite. The accreditation adds dns to a list of organisations who are committed to quality management and customer satisfaction.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies. It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met.

Its focus on processes and customer satisfaction rather than procedures means it is very applicable to service providers with greater emphasis on customer satisfaction, process management and measurement, and continual improvement.

Many organisations prefer to work with ISO 9001 accredited companies due to their high service quality, efficient processes, high customer satisfaction levels and increased productivity. Additionally it is fast becoming a prerequisite to engaging with the public sector.
