The service allows client equipment to pass authentication requests to the dnsMSS team allowing dns to provide full life-cycle management of the authentication system, including: user registration and deregistration, token deployment and initialisation, user support and token recovery.
dnsMSS also provides 24/7 heath monitoring of associated infrastructure and fix on fail. The service uses RADIUS authentication protocol and supports a wide range of VPN hub systems.
A day to day token management web portal is provided for regular tasks and key reporting is provided through the dnsMSS reporting Dashboard.
