The Dashboard provides a one stop, on-line information point for clients to check on the status of their managed security services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Dashboard's reporting is flexible and tailored to an organisation's individual requirements.
All SecureWorks UK services are delivered from our state-of-the-art Secure Operations Centre (SOC) in Edinburgh, and driven from our Security Command and Control Centre (SC3).
Depending on the services taken the Dashboard will provide a complete range of information such as latest security threats, spam levels and top recipients, open and closed support calls and current Return on Investment figures.
The Dashboard also incorporates a wealth of other useful information, including threat watch advisories, articles and whitepapers, Security Post archive and contract status information.
